We manage complex operational programmes for clients in the UK and Europe. From Larnaca District we are building a second line of work: practical land and site services delivered on the ground in Cyprus.
What we do
Project & operations management
Senior delivery management on public-sector and healthcare programmes. Mobilisation, governance and reporting lines, supplier and contract management, and the unglamorous coordination that decides whether a programme lands. We work inside a client's existing team, on day rates or against a fixed scope.
Land & site development
Site clearance, access, planting, irrigation and drought-tolerant landscaping on agricultural land in Larnaca District. The company's own agricultural holding is the first site and the working reference.
